Optimizing Lead Generation through Video and Carousel Campaigns

TalentCorp Malaysia is a national agency that drives Malaysia’s talent strategy towards becoming a dynamic and market-driven talent hub.

They aim to encourage Malaysians who are working abroad to come back and work in Malaysia through the REP (Returning Expatriates Programme).

THE SOLUTION -----

We worked closely with the team and designed ad creatives that highlight the benefits of REP as well as working in their home country.

We also ran A/B test for their lead gen campaign and optimized the ads accordingly to maximize reach.

Reached >150k target audience with >60k video views.
THE IMPACT -----

The campaign reached targeted countries with >400k impressions across all ad platforms, while also managing to get valuable lead data with >40% of them being quality leads.
